When Ryan,owner of Conservatory Renovators, realised his business was growing faster than he could keep up with, he knew something had to change. Introduced to LEVA Business Support through a mutual contact, he started working with Lucy, then moved over to support from the wonderful Bella, one of LEVA's VAs.
Sales, admin, finance, marketing and project delivery all ran through Ryan, and with two team members on site, he had become the bottleneck. "They manage all the admin. When certificates come through, they send the warranty and requests a Google review. It's all just taken care of." The payoff was quick: "More reviews on Google means more enquiries and more leads coming into my business." LEVA also brings the structure Ryan admits wasn't his strength: "They have introduced things that make life easier, like an e-signature platform so customers can sign digitally. It saves so much paperwork and admin stress. They look outside the box to make customer service easier."
